I have noticed that the main screen on the mobile (see image for 1 of them) has 2 versions.

Silly question is that I haven't worked out how to change from one to the other.

Can anyone help please

Are you talking about the effect of a two-finger tap? Switches between the display that you're showing, and a display which shows photo counts for each collection plus icons for things like auto-import, shared, downloaded for offline use.
