Hi everyone, I'm really having a problem. When I click on my radial filter, its no longer giving me the "2 circles" in fact I now have to click and drag out a circle from a cross hair, and it's not letting me edit the brush, it's saying it's a "new" mask...I've tried resetting the tool, and that hasn't fixed it either..

Sounds like it is working as documented. What do you mean 2 circles?

If you can't see the pin from a previous creation of a radial filter try hitting 'H' to unhide it.

    Welcome to the forum.
It is the Spot Removal tool that gives you an inner and outer circle delineating the feather region in between. The Radial filter works very much like the Graduated filter except that it creates an ellipse instead of a straight edge feather zone. In the radial Filter the pin marks the zero feather point and the ellipse marks the 100% point. You can move the feather slider to the extreme ends with the Mask overlay exposed and see the effects of the filter from one extreme end of the feather to the other.
