Lightroom Web Module Problem

When I create a gallery using Lightroom it performs differently in Chrome and Firefox vs Internet Explorer. The problem is all the gallery images are not shown.

How does one correct this?

Check my web gallery (url below) in Chrome and Firefox and you should find not all of the thumbnails are shown. But you can go to the slide gallery and they are all there to step through. If you open the gallery in IE all the gallery thumbnails are there as are all the larger slideshow images.

BTW you can click the last image and see the gallery thumbnails stop at 45 out of 145 images for the link above. The missing thumbnails has happened on every gallery produced by Lightroom. Only the galleries with few images are consistent between thumbnails and slideshow images. Both the image folder and thumbnail folder have 145 images. Searching the internet I can find no reason for the limit and it is not consistent.
