When I am in the develop module and wish to selectively change a color with the Target Adjustment Mode,
I don't get the proper cursor symbol over the image. Instead I get the Magnifying cursor. When I hover over a color it does register on the HSL panel but I can't adjust the color on the image as "dragging" the cursor only enlarges the image and does not change the color.
If I restart LR, I will get the correct TAM cursor but it lasts only for one image. If I work on another image the mag symbol cursor shows up again.
I have all the latest updates.
    Any fixes?

(I can't create a screen shot and show the cursor at the same time)

This is a known bug. Adobe is working on a fix.
