Delete old plugin

I'm trying to delete an old plugin, Perfectly Clear V2. I have removed all instances of it from my system, yet it persists in the list under the Edit In menu. I have the external editor set up correctly, but on the 4th line, it gives a choice of Perfectly Clear V2. Any way I can purge this. If I click on it, a TIFF file is generated, but nothing else happens. Editing in Perfectly Clear V3 works as expected.

That is a preset, not the plugin itself. Go to Preferences > External Editor tab. Select the preset from the pop-up - then click the pop-up again and you can delete the preset at the bottom.
