Can't open Lightroom 5 beta (was Bob Spree)

I have LR4.4 running ok.
PS CS5 running ok.
Have installed Lightroom 5 beta.
When trying to start LR5B it opens as far as the splash screen and then crashes out.
My diagnostic program "Soluto" reports:
Probably caused by ui.dll
After running for 00:00:03 Exception access violation (c0000005)
Can anyone help.
