    The Help Doc, it turns out, was updated some time ago, but the changes never propagated. I just checked the US-Engish Version https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/heic-files-support.html and it now is correct. Other languages and locals should appear updated in the next 24 hours.

    Sounds like it went as expected. When the MAS version releases later you don't need to update to 7.0.1 since you have 7.0 from the CCD.
