I do use the same import button for download loading a video? I have searched the drop down menus and do not see any options for video.

This is a common misnomer Bob.... blame the manufacturers and their advertising campaigns !
OK- here is a quote, I pulled off the net: The Power Mac G5 is Apple's marketing name for models of the Power Macintosh which contain the IBM PowerPC G5 CPU. The professional-grade computer was the most...
welcome!
In terms of sure performance, 64 bit is faster. As I mentioned in two other threads, I was considering up grading my 32 to 64 but I chickened out. I was considering all the headaches I will get re-loading apps on the computer. No, I am happy with my system.
Bob-...
I just want to repeat; using a 32 bit OS, you are limited to 4GB RAM.
I pretty much dedicated my 32 bit vista for LR. Have you tried using LR all by itself- not running other applications at the same time and see a difference in speed.
I did consider up grading my OS to windows 7 since my...
I am curious. When you go to my computer, do you see C: and D: or just C:
You have mentioned dialog box- so you are still using lr2. I notice you listed lr3. have you tried to see what is listed on the right-hand side. It should be a reflection of what you see in my computer to see what drives...
At least it is plain text computer gibberish and not binary computer gibberish.
I guess the plain text gibberish is not as bad as binary but the bottom line is I do not understand them.

I posted the same question myself. I think I will hang on to 2.7 for 2-3 months then eventually remove it. For now, I have both versions on my desktop and laptop.

Thanks Cletus and Brad. I found the file but it is all computer gibberish. I will just wait for Jeffrey to respond since he is able to read that stuff.

Jeffrey F did respond to my original email. He said that the plug in for LR3 is a beta version. He did ask for a log which I already sent.
For other Smugmug users, you can still use version: 2'1''323.153 without any problems.

Roy,
I ran into the same problem- just click on the exclamation mark on the lower right of the photo and those sliders are activated.

yes, I can read it but I cannot find it. C: users/rhigaki/appdata- this is where I got stuck. I typed in appd in search but no appdata shows up.
I did send Jeffrey F an email with an attachment. He maybe reluctant to open it up so I went into plug in manager and sent him a de-bugging log which...
Today, I installed Jeffrey's Smugmug plug in on my laptop. I keep on getting this funny message but when I hit OK, the image is exported to my site. So, the system works but I keep on getting this error message. I have to apologize for the screen shot but my laptop does not have a email account...
Here is a comparison between Noise Ninja and LR3:http://rxphotographer.smugmug.com/Noise-reduction/Noise-Ninja-vs-LR3/12546344_sXbqr#9''131388_NC7xF
The difference is dramatic.

my noise ninja plug-in is working too but the LR3's NR, there may be no need for third party NR programs. I may do a side by side comparison( LR3 vs Noise ninja) on the discussion thread soon.

I have one folder which serves as a default for all new imports. All the sub folders have imported dates within that default folder. In LR3, the default folder is there but there are no sub folders(dated) inside. As far I can tell, all the images are there but in one big folder. Is this normal...
So, I went ahead and upgraded to LR3. My Smugmug plug in worked after making the connection. I think one must have the most updated version of jefferys plug in to work right.
