What is this registery error?

Yesterday my computer crashed for some reason. Lightroom opened up fine.


Now this morning I get this message when opening LR. Anyone know what this means? I'm proficient to a point but I don't fool around with registries.

In the meantime, I cleaned up my registry...and it's not happening again. But I do want to know what the problem was.
