    Unhappy No Preview available

I have just installed Light room 4.1 and are unable to see any photos. I can import photos and no previews show. It says I have imported them but no photos, only the blank boxes with numbers on them for each photo.

    Any suggestions???

    Thanks for any help

Can you post a screen grab showing what you are describing.
There are a few possibilities here and this would be the first step to unravel your issue.

Also could you tell us what camera you are using (and whether these images were RAW or JPEG) and the version of Lightroom you have installed.
All these things can be useful to solve the problem.

Depending on what we find other questions relating to how you are downloading and importing images, your graphics card in your system, and a few others.

    Regards

    Welcome to the forums.

This is almost always a corrupt monitor profile, or (less often) a video driver problem.

See here, for help with trouble-shooting the monitor profile.
Verify that your video drivers are up to date with the OEM.

If neither of these help, report back. The info Tony Jay requested, would be helpful in any event.
