Who uses the alternative skins?

Due to some forum software updates, I need to do a lot of work to update the forum skins (i.e. the colours etc.) to make them compatible. Obviously there's no point me doing that to the alternative colour skins if no one uses them! I'll probably end up updating the main skin, and then rebuilding the preferred dark version, so if you use one of the others, could you vote in the poll please?

And you can discount my vote for the dark skin. Fat fingers on an iPad early in the morning helped cast that vote!

We have this dark skin on our Forum, which I use myself as my standard skin on login,

so far, it's not had to be updated, and shows everything rather well...

I just checked out the free VB skins on the link that Chris_M referenced. Rather that recreate the Default "Lightroom Forums" skin. I would suggest that you save time and just use some of the free stuff out there.

@ clee01, that was what I meant, on those free skins, apart from the colored stripe, they are already reasonably 'Lightroom like'.

I just tried Blackfolio, however we have a number of custom mods that won't allow that to work properly. I may be able to get it working with some tweaking. I'll play.

It's all the little things like the post searches pop-up on the toolbar and the profile down the sides of the posts that complicate it. I think I made some good progress on updating the main Lightroom Forums one last night though. Once I've got that working correctly, I'll borrow the colour codes from Blackfolio, and set them up as a child style to avoid having to redo stuff on 2 different skins whenever vBulletin change the page templates.

Sounds good to me Victoria, my eyes just can't handle the glaring blast of white on the normal skin.
