I discovered Lightroom 3 during the summer of 2010 at a workshop and finally bought it last summer. This is after using Photoshop for the past six years. I just installed Lightroom 4 after playing with the beta and really like the changes.
I shoot black&white infrared with a converted Olympus Pen E-PL1 as well as shooting color and black&white with a second E-PL1. I have been shooting infrared for 25 years and have found the digital possibilities to be practically boundless.
I love to travel and plan most of my trips to locations that lend themselves to photography. My goal is to interpret the world through my camera, especially scenes that everyone is familiar with, but look as though they are from a different dimension. The longer wavelengths of light that I capture lend to that end.
