Prinitng Settings do not match Paper Size

I am trying to print a 4 by 6 picture on 4 by 6 paper and when i set LR according to templates the picture prints out too small. Also if i manually adjust settings it never gives me a full 4 by 6. When i go into my printers properties and set-up correct paper size, why does it continually print either too small or too large for paper.

If i print from CS5 and set-up printer to correct paper size, i never run in to this issue, only in LR.

Can someone please give me an idea where i may be going wrong with my settings.

I am currently using as my printer the Canon Pro9000.

Hey GoldenSunshine. When you say it never gives you a full 4x6, what does it give you? And are you selecting a borderless setting in the Print Setup? A screenshot or two might help with this one.

When I did select borderless printing it clipped off some people who were important in the picture. When I unselected borderless printing it printed only in the center of the 4x6 sheet leaving too much paper not printed on if that makes sense. I am a little confused that when I print from CC5, I never have these types of issues only from LR.
Is there any info that you could send me on proper ways to set adjustments and or settings for the print module.
