Raw and Jpeg side by side ?

I have a little job coming up this Saturday where the files have to be jpegs, something I haven't shot in 10 years. I thought I'd compare raws and jpegs while doing family photos this past week. Thanks to this thread I am no longer going nuts trying to figure out how to separate jpegs from raws.

    Bringing 'em back?

I could not find where to import it from. I don't think it would automatically go back as it was a pano so the old file numbers would not match with the new id. John

    Bringing 'em back?

Not sure how, but I did manage to bring it back. If only I can figure it out.

    Bringing 'em back?

Back into Lr that is. I just did a four shot pano, put together in PS (CS5), saved as a tiff and in theory in to Lr. But I cannot find it there. Tried a drag and drop in the import window, won't go.I know this is doable but I can't find the answer either here with search or in Victoria's book...

    removing keywords

I'd like to do that but I cannot select any of the words. Left click, right click, nothing happens. And to add insult to injury the keyword panel (with all the keywords) has hidden itself.

    removing keywords

Hi All, So once you have inadvertently added a keyword and you now wish to remove it, how do you? I can't find it in my new Lr bible (from the Queen). This word is in the keywording box. Thanks and I have successfully moved 12,5''+ images from iPhoto to Lr. Progress is being made. John

Thanks to help from members in Scotland, England, New Zealand, and Switzerland we have just about solved this. I just have to find some lost images and I'll be ready to import those 12-13''' images from iPhoto, and spend the winter applying keywords. And since i did promise 5' bucks for help...

Unfortunately there is no "All photographs" choice under view (in Library). There is no item in the online Adobe help menu either. I'm obviously looking in the wrong place or they changed it in Lr3.2?

Something is still not right. I started a new catalog (master catalog). Every time I import another catalog all the old images are no longer in the master, only the new ones. If I import another one, same thing. I know its me, :icon_frown: :-\

Here is a little history before we get to the meat. My son bought me a 27"iMac (love that boy) along with CS5, Lr, and Aperture. I retired the old PC and began loading the 12-13,''' photos on the new machine. Loaded into iPhoto (what was I thinking?). Ran some shots through Lr, and printed them...
